The author’s choice of title may mislead the viewer, who has come to relax in the glow of glamour. Yes, these works are beautiful and do not deal with the “social themes” so beloved by many, but they show an intelligence keen on modeling and analyzing various difficult borderline situations. Pain and pleasure, scary and enticing, superficial and true, free and hermetic – all these (fairly standard) products of our consciousness are materialized by the author. Many situations are deliberately erotic and epathetic, which is also not new. But it works!

Extremely interesting are the abstract works created by the artist out of ordinary situations. Looking at such works, one is reminded that abstraction comes from the desire to abstract from the particulars, in search of the primary fundamental forms. The technique and talent of the Master allow for this. The radiant – expressive or geometrically intense worlds discovered by Richard R Ginsberg are fascinating and captivating.
